StaffBright is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our client's growing team. This is a fully onsite role near Akron, OH.
What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing facility operations to drive increased production output
- Coordinating training sessions and preparing instructional materials for the production staff
- Supporting the hiring process and helping with onboarding for new team members
- Maintaining adherence to all safety regulations and professional standards within the facility
- Handling, tracking, and organizing tasks to ensure production targets are met
- Reviewing different production stations to confirm they are running at peak efficiency
What We Need From You
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- 5 years of overall experience – CNC operator prior to supervisor preference
