Currently, StaffBright has a great Sales & Enrollment Specialist opportunity in Troy, MI! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enrollment Sales Specialist to join a dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a background in higher education enrollment or sales, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Engaging with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual meetings to guide them through the enrollment process
- Managing a pipeline of leads and applicants to meet or exceed enrollment goals
- Building strong relationships with students by providing clear, timely, and accurate information about programs, tuition, and admissions requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams such as admissions, marketing, and financial aid to ensure a seamless student experience
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and preparing regular reports on performance metrics
- Participating in outreach events, virtual information sessions, and open houses to generate new student interest
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 1 year of experience in enrollment, admissions, or sales (higher education experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or enrollment management systems
