StaffBright is working with a client to identify a skilled Plant Controller to join their team. In this role you will act as a strategic advisor to management by providing data-driven financial insights, supporting key business decisions, and ensuring optimal cost control and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative finance professional with a strong background in controlling, budgeting, and financial planning who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced plant environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with management as a trusted advisor on all commercial and financial matters, driving data-based decision-making.
- Lead company planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking while analyzing deviations and implementing improvement measures.
- Oversee monthly closings, financial reporting, and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Support quarterly and annual financial statements, including inventory valuation and ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Develop business cases and process improvements to optimize performance and support strategic initiatives.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting within automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in an automotive or manufacturing plant is required.
- Strong background in costing and plant manufacturing accounting.
- Proven experience partnering with regional finance teams and supporting cross-functional business decisions.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred; strong ERP experience required.
