Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise IT contract and software license management efforts. This role is responsible for analyzing agreements, tracking license utilization, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit and reporting functions across IT operations.
This position requires strong analytical capability, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track IT contracts, software licenses, and agreement terms
- Monitor license usage, renewal timelines, and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for contracts, renewals, and responsible stakeholders
- Produce regular reporting on contract status, renewals, and risk areas
- Identify gaps in compliance and develop remediation plans
- Support audit activities, compliance reviews, and internal controls tracking
- Facilitate working sessions and drive progress on issue resolution and backlog items
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract and licensing requirements
- Provide clear communication of findings, risks, and recommendations
- Deliver ongoing status reporting and documentation of work performed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, including software licensing
- Experience analyzing contract usage and developing compliance or remediation plans
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, or formal review processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead work efforts, facilitate meetings, and manage deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
