7211 - SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist (Must Reside in Sacramento to be Considered)
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist to support the redesign, development, and migration of enterprise collaboration environments to SharePoint Online. This role will focus on modernizing custom team sites, building scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, and supporting full lifecycle SharePoint migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign and redevelopment of complex, custom-built team sites within SharePoint Online using modern SharePoint frameworks
- Design and implement business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Develop automated workflows and system integrations to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
- Assess existing SharePoint environments and develop comprehensive migration strategies
- Execute migrations of content, including lists, libraries, pages, workflows, and custom applications to SharePoint Online
- Utilize migration tools and methodologies to ensure data integrity and minimal disruption
- Perform testing and validation to ensure successful migration outcomes
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-migration support
- Design, develop, and deploy SPFx web parts and extensions for modern SharePoint environments
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and enterprise systems as needed
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, and migration
- Strong experience designing and deploying solutions in SharePoint Online
- Proven experience with SharePoint migrations from on-premises to cloud environments
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Experience developing SPFx solutions for modern SharePoint
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance
- Experience with Azure Entra ID and enterprise integrations
- Hands-on experience with migration tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
