Chicago based company is searching for an Accounting Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full time, permanent position.
The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting department conducting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, place purchasing orders, customer invoicing and assist with other month end duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3years related corporate accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
