Salary:
$95,000 - $105,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to serve as a key partner to the Controller and play an integral role in supporting the company's continued growth. This highly visible position offers broad exposure to leadership, ownership of critical accounting processes, and the opportunity to influence financial reporting and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
● Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
● Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
● Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve processes and controls.
● Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and operational growth.
● Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
● Support external audits and compliance-related requirements.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements and accounting efficiencies.
● Serve as a trusted resource and backup to the Controller on key accounting matters.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
● Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
● Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting.
● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
● CPA designation or CPA-track preferred.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
