What You'll Be Doing (AKA Where You Shine)
- Own and manage daily technician schedules for maximum efficiency
- Dispatch calls in real time and adjust throughout the day
- Coordinate with customers on timing, updates, and follow-ups
- Schedule return visits and track parts availability
- Support technicians with job info, parts, and communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history
- Assist with light admin tasks (billing info, POs, parts ordering)
Bottom line: You keep the board clean, the techs productive, and the customers informed.
What Makes You a Fit
- 2 years in dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry preferred
- Comfortable using systems like ServiceTitan (or similar)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills-you don't get rattled easily
- Clear, professional communication (phone written)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Solid working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and scheduling tools
- Bonus: Familiarity with local geography or routing
