What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions
- Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options
- Provide a professional, top-tier customer experience
- Maintain company standards for quality and safety
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude (HVAC education a plus)
- EPA Certification required (NATE a plus)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot a variety of systems
- Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
- Valid driver's license with clean/insurable record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
