What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units
- Install and modify ductwork systems to ensure proper airflow and performance
- Run refrigerant lines, gas piping, and electrical components
- Test, balance, and verify system performance
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions or concerns
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and duct design
- Experience with gas piping, refrigeration lines, and electrical components
- Ability to read and apply codes, diagrams, and blueprints
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions when needed
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
