What You'll Do
- Lead MP&L activities supporting new product launches from kickoff through production
- Coordinate launch timelines, material flow, packaging, PFEPs, and logistics planning
- Manage packaging instructions, racks, containers, and warehouse launch readiness
- Support APQP milestones while tracking project progress through Teamcenter and other launch systems
- Coordinate trial material, freight, purchasing activities, and supplier readiness
- Maintain SAP material master data, BOMs, and logistics documentation
- Partner with Program Management, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure successful launches
- Drive material flow improvements, warehouse optimization, and launch execution
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of automotive MP&L, Launch Logistics, or Program Launch experience
- Experience with PFEPs, packaging, material flow, and launch planning
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and new product launch processes
- Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, or similar launch/project management systems preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
