Registered Nurse Supervisor

A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.
We are seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor for Every Other Weekend.
- 7a to 7:30p on Every Other Weekend.
- $36 to $40 per hour based on circumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care Nursing Supervisory experience.
- BLS certification.
- Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
- PCC experience preferred.
RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:
- Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.
- Complete required documentation.
- Make daily rounds of assigned units.
- Communicate with DON/ADON.
- Complete necessary logs, audits.
