Luxury HOA Unarmed Security Officer – Part-Time (Las Vegas, NV)
We are seeking a polished, professional Unarmed Security Officer to serve at a prestigious luxury HOA community in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service and understand the expectations of an upscale residential environment.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $20.47 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week)
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff a gated entry and provide controlled access for residents and guests
- Deliver a white-glove customer service experience at all times
- Verify visitor credentials and manage guest lists with accuracy and discretion
- Maintain a secure, calm, and welcoming environment
- Serve as a visible, professional presence representing the community
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card (required)
- Minimum 3 years of HOA gatehouse experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end community
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Reliable transportation
