Possible Shifts:
- 7am-3pm
- 3pm-11pm
- 11pm-7am
Hours: Part-Time/Full-Time hours with the potential for up to 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Security experience required
- Flex/on-call security experience preferred
- Must be on-call and available to cover shifts as needed
- Open availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain alert, proactive, and dependable across varied assignments
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Flex Security Officers to support our Walton, KY facility across all shifts. Flex Officers fill in for call-offs, vacations, and staffing gaps, and must be on-call with fully open availability. This role requires adaptability and readiness to work any shift, including overnight hours. Depending on staffing needs, flex officers may receive part-time hours or up to full-time (40 hours per week).
Flex Security Officers maintain a secure environment by actively monitoring the premises, performing patrols, and responding professionally to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in at various posts across all shifts as needed (day, evening, and overnight)
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and disturbances
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity and uphold order
- Inspect doors, windows, and access points to ensure proper security
- Document activities and accurately report incidents or concerns
- Assist in emergency situations when required
- Enforce facility rules, regulations, and safety policies
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
