Luxury HOA Unarmed Security Officer (Las Vegas, NV)
We are seeking a professional, experienced, and highly polished Unarmed Security Officer to serve within a prestigious luxury HOA community in Las Vegas. This position requires an individual who understands the nuances of high-end residential environments and can deliver a refined, concierge-level security presence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who takes pride in presentation, discretion, and delivering a superior resident experience.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
- Schedule: 32 hours per week
- Days & Hours:
- Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge-style security services at a gated entry point
- Manage resident and guest access with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion
- Deliver a white-glove customer service experience tailored to a luxury clientele
- Maintain a secure, composed, and welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Act as a visible, poised representative of the community
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card (required)
- Minimum 3 years of HOA gatehouse experience, preferably in luxury or high-end communities
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within professional or upscale environments
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable appearance, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Strong situational awareness and sound judgment
- Reliable transportation
