Secretary/Maternity and Family Services
St. Joseph's Center is searching for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as a secretary. This secretarial role will provide clerical and general related office duties for Maternity and Family Services and support general operations of the Baby and Children’s Pantry with a high degree of confidentiality. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepares and processes confidential correspondence, reports, agendas and general paperwork.
- Answers phone calls relative to Adoption/Maternity and Baby and Children’s Pantry clients and monitors the Baby & Children’s Pantry entrance.
- Assists with Baby and Children’s Pantry daily operation as needed.
- Maintains and organizes all Infant Adoption files, coordinates application paperwork, compiles legal documents, and manages file archiving and retrieval.
- Assists in donation tracking and completes thank you letters regarding donations.
- Assists in planning special events.
