RATE OF PAY: $20.00/hr. or D.O.E.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for reconciling and reporting all gaming and POS activities on a daily basis for the St Croix Casino - Turtle Lake. Verify all Danbury and Hertel Express auditing activities and input journal entries into the Accounting System. Reports to the Audit Manager or the Lead Auditor in the absence of the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. Math and calculator skills required. Accounting background an advantage.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized. Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds. Must maintain a flexible work schedule. Must be able to follow procedures and directions. Must possess a high degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Verification of information on the Slot System. Run SIS and other reports as required. Verification of previous days jackpot, fill, drop, etc. Verification of Table Game fill/credit slips and preparation of Table Games P & L report. Verification and documentation of POS. Distribution of reports to various departments. Preparation of journal entries. Verification of Danbury auditing activities and preparation of those journal entries. Other projects and responsibilities under the direction of the Audit Manager and/or Lead Auditor.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
