The Partnership Development Coordinator supports the implementation of SSTAR’s Capacity Building Grant, focused on strengthening and expanding pipelines into allied health roles. This role coordinates grant activities, supports partnerships, collaborates with hiring managers and recruitment staff, and tracks progress toward defined outcomes.

Working closely with internal teams and community partners, the Coordinator plays a key role in carrying out initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, and early career development.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities related to the Capacity Building Grant, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables
  • Track progress toward measurable outcomes and maintain organized documentation for reporting purposes
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and dashboards to communicate progress on key grant metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation aligned with grant requirements
  • Support relationships with schools, training programs, and community partners to help build allied health pipelines
  • Maintain ongoing communication with external partners to support engagement and sustain relationships
  • Coordinate logistics for internships, externships, career pathway programs, and related initiatives
  • Coordinate participation in career fairs, information sessions, and community-based recruitment events
  • Support development of outreach and marketing materials to promote allied health pathways
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs for targeted roles
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to support outreach strategies and candidate flow
  • Assist in identifying gaps in workforce pipelines and recommend adjustments to outreach and partnership strategies
  • Assist in the development, distribution, and tracking of workforce-related surveys
  • Compile and organize data related to recruitment, retention, and program outcomes
  • Support creation and maintenance of tracking systems for pipeline participants (e.g., interns, trainees) to monitor engagement and outcomes
  • Coordinate development of onboarding-related components tied to pathway roles, including shadowing, mentorship, and early training experiences
  • Assist in developing workflows that improve coordination between recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development efforts
  • Support internal committees and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up
  • Track and follow up on action items from grant-related meetings to ensure timely progress
  • Maintain consistent communication across teams to support progress on grant-related initiatives

Experience and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • BA preferred, will consider HS diploma with relevant years' experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, healthcare, or human services
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Demonstrates compelling history of analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and web-based applications
  • Experience supporting grant-funded programs or initiatives
  • Familiarity with data tracking, reporting, or survey tools
  • Interest in healthcare career pathways, recruitment, or community partnerships

Hourly Pay Range: $23-26/hour
