WHO WE ARE

Offering multiple immersive modalities under one roof—including heated yoga, hot Pilates, high intensity circuit training, and rhythm cycling—we deliver an exceptional fitness experience. We are looking for a powerhouse Front Desk & Operations Manager to lead our guest experience, actively contribute to our vibrant team culture, and oversee seamless daily operations.
THE ROLE
- As the Front Desk & Operations Manager, you are the leader of the front-of-house team and a guardian of the member experience. You don't just manage a desk; you help curate an environment where both our community and our staff thrive.

- Embody and cultivate our studio culture, ensuring every member and team member feels supported, valued, and motivated.
- Foster an elite service environment, ensuring every guest is greeted by name and receives a warm experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and account management, resolving issues with grace and professionalism.
Operations & Facility Management
- Maintain flawless club presentation, ensuring the lobby, locker rooms, and studio spaces are impeccably clean, organized, and stocked.
- Oversee inventory management for retail, fuel bar items, and club supplies (towels, amenities, cleaning products).
- Coordinate with arena facility maintenance and vendors to ensure all club equipment, specialized heating systems, and audio-visual/lighting elements are functioning perfectly.
Sales & Community Engagement
- Drive club revenue by training the front desk team on membership conversions, package sales, and retail promotions.
- Follow up on leads, manage missed guests, and support the execution of local community marketing events, club challenges, and arena integrations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Fitness and Wellness and Lead Instructors to optimize class check-in flows and maximize studio capacity.

- An energetic leader: You bring vibrant energy into every room you enter, leading by example and motivating others.
- Obsessed with detail: You notice the small things—from a misaligned retail display to a smudge on a studio mirror—and you fix them instantly.
- Experienced in management: You have 2 years of management experience in high-energy fitness, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Operationally savvy: You are comfortable managing schedules, budgets, and inventory, and you possess strong tech literacy (experience with Mindbody or similar booking software is a major plus).
- Flexible and reliable: You understand that fitness is a community business; availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed is required.
