Job Title: Systems Specialist - PTC Windchill / Change Manager

Location: Bothell, Washington (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive critical business processes and ensure data integrity within a regulated environment. Our team values strong organizational skills and collaboration to support controlled product information, document management, and compliance for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer business objects in Windchill, including change requests, change notices, controlled documents, and CAD-related objects, ensuring compliance and traceability.
• Maintain containers (Products, Libraries, Projects), manage user roles and permissions, and support audit readiness for design history and master records.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple offices and cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and quality assurance.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, validation activities, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality system integration.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience administering or supporting Windchill PLM in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of design control, document control systems, and engineering change management, with proven experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
