Job Title: Systems and Data Analyst

Location: Seattle, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead the business analysis of training content platforms focused on commercial flight crews and maintenance. Our team values expertise in process improvement and collaboration to ensure streamlined content development and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Research and document existing training content development processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and standardization.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to map out workflows, align stakeholders, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and support implementation of process improvements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to process optimization and training efficiency.
  
  

Required

• Minimum 9 years' experience in a business analysis or related role, with demonstrated ability to research and document complex processes from multiple stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of experience mapping workflows and identifying technical solutions for business improvements.
• Proven ability to communicate business requirements and facilitate discussions with technical teams and stakeholders, both written and verbal.
• Experience with content management systems and metrics tracking for software development teams.
