Responsibilities
- Translate multifaceted analytics into clear, actionable insights and develop compelling, data-driven narratives to inform strategic decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to monitor brand and portfolio performance, continually enhancing visualizations as business needs evolve.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support new brand launches and optimize existing brands, applying creative thinking to uncover insights and solve business challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across portfolios, identify trends and opportunities, and coordinate with external analytics vendors for timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical data science, brand analytics, or commercial analytics, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proficiency with specialty pharmacy data and familiarity with major pharmaceutical data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, and claims data.
- Strong skills in data visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, or SAS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
