Job Title: Specialist Engineer - Scrum

Location: Southfield, Michigan (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to guide high-performing teams in adhering to Agile and Scrum methodologies. Our team values strong collaboration, effective coaching, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions across enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams in using Agile practices and Scrum principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting organization-wide process improvement.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with engineers, stakeholders, and enterprise teams to ensure quality deliverables and effective communication.
• Identify and remove workflow barriers, ensuring optimal tool configuration and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion best practices and contribute to ongoing improvement of Agile approaches by mentoring teams and sharing expertise on process adherence and methodologies.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering from a nationally accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 4 years on an Agile team serving as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Team Lead.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Atlassian tools and with Scaled Agile methodologies (such as SAFe).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to present to senior leadership and work in group settings.
