Senior Quality Assurance Tester

Job Title: Senior Tester (Fraud Detection or AML platforms)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished testing professional to lead end-to-end quality assurance strategies and execution on strategic fraud prevention initiatives involving Actimize solutions. Industry Background

• Financial Services / Banking preferred
• Experience working with Fraud Detection or AML platforms preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for fraud detection platform implementations and enhancements.
• Define and implement test frameworks, test cases, and automation strategies.
• Validate fraud detection rules, alert generation, workflows, and configurations.
• Perform validation of reports, business rules, data transformations, and custom integrations.
• Ensure quality across fraud and AML solutions.
• Collaborate with development, business, and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Lead defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Support production validation and ongoing maintenance testing.
• Mentor and guide QA team members while promoting QA best practices.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong QA/testing experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience testing Fraud Detection or AML platforms.
• Experience validating fraud rules, alerts, workflows, reports, and business logic.
• Strong backend testing experience using SQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra/CQL preferred).
• Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end system testing.
