Job Title: SCADA Systems Analyst

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma on Hybrid Basis (Monday–Thursday onsite; Friday remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong systems professional to help shape, support, and improve SCADA and OT data solutions that keep critical operations connected and reliable. Our team is looking for someone who can translate business needs into scalable technical designs, strengthen data quality, and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT to drive standardization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support OT data pipelines by integrating SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, HiveMQ, and edge technologies for enterprise data delivery.
• Work with data from the field and bring it into OT Data Systems for everyday operational use.
• Develop solutions to collect, process, validate, and accurately display field data across OT systems.
• Analyze requirements and develop short- and long-term SCADA solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and tune polling engines, communication channels, edge devices, and data flows to improve data quality, accuracy, and availability.
• Support a combination of software development, automation, SCADA, and OT data integration activities.
• Collaborate with internal users and external customers to define requirements, implement solutions, and support standardization and automation initiatives.
• Diagnose and resolve communication failures, data quality issues, system integration challenges, and other OT data-related problems
  
  

Required / Preferred Qualifications

• SCADA experience is required.
• Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols is preferred
• Experience with Python, C#, and SQL/databases.
• Strong SQL experience and familiarity with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools such as Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience working with field data and integrating it into OT Data Systems.
• Background in I&E (Instrumentation & Electrical), Automation, or Controls is highly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot data communication, data quality, and system integration issues and ensure field data is accurately captured and displayed.
• Familiarity with edge technologies and cloud-based data architectures is a plus.
• Industry experience is preferred, but candidates from other relevant technical backgrounds may also be considered.
