Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to help shape and deliver enterprise-wide platform capabilities. Our team values close collaboration with product, design, engineering, and risk to build reusable, scalable solutions that impact multiple facets of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform vision and priority use cases into a clear, actionable backlog in close partnership with Product Managers and Technology teams.
• Continuously prioritize and refine the backlog, making day-to-day scope and tradeoff decisions while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Support PI planning, sprint execution, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards and reuse goals.
• Contribute to the formation of team norms, product practices, and execution within a cross-functional environment.
  
  

Required

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, including EPICs, features, user stories, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe), with experience in PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Proven track record translating business and platform needs into actionable requirements through collaboration with engineering and architecture.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise platforms or shared capabilities, and understanding of integrations, APIs, and cross-team dependencies.
