Job Title: Junior Compliance Risk Analyst

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide critical administrative and operational support for compliance initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Our team values strong communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and effective coordination across multiple compliance projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food compliance databases and related documentation in accordance with federal laws and regulations.
• Manage document intake and organization, aligning with established recordkeeping practices.
• Support communication for compliance programs through shared inbox management and internal/external correspondence.
• Assist with projects related to product safety, compliance with state, federal, and international laws, as well as other compliance policies.
  
  

Required

• Basic Excel experience; completion and submission of a basic to intermediate Excel test is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and other core applications.
• Customer service skills, including proactive communication and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities; attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
