Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to deliver persuasive product descriptions for an established e-commerce operation. Our team values clear and accurate content that enhances the online customer experience and maintains high standards of information accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Translate basic product information into customer-friendly, sales-focused copy following current style directives.
• Manage a high volume of daily deliverables by inputting accurate data into content management systems under supervision.
• Review and ensure product images are appropriate and consistent with guidelines, resolving inconsistencies as necessary.
• Flag challenges with content or images and collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey detailed product information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high workload in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes.
• Keen attention to detail for reviewing content and maintaining accuracy in input and output.
• Ability to work on-site in Memphis, TN, with availability for overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
