Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead paid social content creation and planning across platforms, ensuring strong execution from development through implementation. Our team values effective cross-functional collaboration and communication to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social content creation and planning across all platforms.
• Manage channel planning, briefing, content review, trafficking, and asset management for brand-created content.
• Coordinate influencer content development in partnership with an agency, overseeing briefings, reviews, and trafficking.
• Collaborate proactively across business teams to support end-to-end content creation and ad hoc paid social requests.
  
  

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, with a collaborative mindset and interest in retail.
