Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented professional to provide critical support within our contingent labor program. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence through data management, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication across key projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including amendments, extensions, data collection and cleanup, and resume shortlisting.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to collect, analyze, and validate data for contingent labor initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate staffing suppliers to ensure compliance with established standards and objectives.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and assignment coordination for contingent workers, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivots, and VLOOKUPs.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing business needs and evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associate’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience; Master’s or PhD with no additional experience; or no degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
