Responsibilities
- Support the contract lifecycle, including submission, SOW drafting, tracking, and documentation management within contract management systems.
- Coordinate and manage purchase orders, invoices, and maintain contract trackers and repositories for stakeholder visibility.
- Maintain and update the Business Operations SharePoint site and generate basic reports to support operational visibility.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding GBS Help ticket submission, monitoring, and facilitate process communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5-7 years of experience in business operations, business administration, contracts administration, procurement, or related roles.
- Working knowledge of contract administration and vendor management processes, with familiarity using contract management systems and tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
