Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and support critical testing activities for teller applications in a fast-paced banking environment. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards in quality assurance, enabling robust and successful transaction processing for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Test teller applications, including Argo, to validate system functionality and support release cycles.
• Collaborate closely with the product owner and business systems analyst to ensure testing accuracy and effectiveness.
• Document and manage test defects, providing thorough and organized feedback for improvement.
• Support manual testing processes and contribute to cycle input for various banking branch initiatives.
  
  

Required

• Teller background with at least 1-2 years of direct experience, including transaction processing from start to finish.
• Hands-on expertise with Argo and Jira for testing and defect tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and independently on assigned projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
