Job Title: Purchasing Manager

Location: Naples, Florida (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency through best-in-class procurement practices. Our team supports mission-critical hardware acquisitions and supply chain continuity for enterprise-scale projects in technology and payments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement operations for hardware and installation-related materials, ensuring optimal inventory to support installations and customer onboarding.
• Manage vendor negotiations, monitor supply chain continuity, and implement cost control initiatives across a $5 million annual equipment budget.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Technical Support to guarantee timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Support automation and modernization of procurement processes, utilizing ERP systems to optimize purchasing workflows and tracking.
  
  

Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within technology hardware, POS systems, telecommunications, or payments industries.
• Experience managing procurement budgets of at least $500,000 annually and demonstrated success in similar procurement environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field; strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate in small or cross-functional teams.
