Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support critical project management initiatives within a large finance organization. Our team is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating projects that drive technology and business solutions across several key enterprise locations.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated baseline project plans using estimating models and refine plans to manage performance against them.
Capture and track program metrics, analyze project data, and recommend optimal business solutions.
Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, communicating impacts on budget, timeline, and risk, and overseeing client expectations.
Coordinate project closure activities, including client satisfaction surveys and documentation for future reference.

Experience/Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 6 years’ project management experience, preferably in a finance or technology environment.
Background in Agile methodologies is required; Clarizen experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience; PMP or PMI certification preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated multitasking skills.
