Location: Overland Park, Kansas (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a critical capacity focused on defining application requirements and collaborating closely with end users. Our team values detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills to drive software product initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define requirements by working directly with users for application development.
• Write clear stories and produce potential screen mockups for new application features.
• Collaborate daily with product owners and facilitate crew activities for optimal team performance.
• Support clients in the implementation of new functionalities and ensure their successful adoption.
  
  

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with strong critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand processes; familiarity with SQL and Figma would be advantageous.
