Job Title: Procurement Agent

Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team and help drive effective procurement operations. Our team focuses on maintaining accuracy, compliance, and innovation within purchasing processes to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage moderately complex purchase orders and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support execution of purchasing and sourcing strategies to achieve objectives for timely delivery, quality, and cost optimization.
• Assist in analyzing procurement risks, identifying process gaps, and supporting the resolution of issues.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on procurement processes and best practices.
  
  

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC for materials management, requisitions, and purchase order management.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the capacity to learn new systems efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; exposure to Ariba is desirable.
