Test Engineer

Job Title: Engineer - Test

Location: Kent, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented engineering professional to support the development, qualification, and production test campaigns for launch vehicle systems. Our team collaborates to ensure safe, high-quality testing of advanced spaceflight hardware that contributes to reliable and repeatable missions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, author, and execute test campaigns on mechanical, actuated, hydraulic, cryogenic, and/or pneumatic systems from fabrication through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers, operations engineers, and technicians to develop test requirements, execute procedures, and review data for test success.
• Identify and coordinate the procurement or design of test fixtures, support equipment, and data acquisition systems to support testing scope.
• Drive efficiencies in testing workflows, increasing throughput while maintaining high standards of quality and prioritizing team safety.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in component testing and data analysis.
• Strong work ethic with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication at both executive and shop floor levels.
