What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Manager position at Red Bull North America?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or a related area.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to manage procurement projects and drive results across multiple priorities.
- Experience leading teams or influencing cross-functional partners is a plus.
- Background in warehouse consumables and services procurement is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated success improving cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes through strategic procurement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business recommendations.
- Experience solving operational and supplier challenges using structured problem-solving approaches.
- Skilled at building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with systems and tools such as SAP, Ariba, ERP/MRP platforms, Excel, or similar procurement technologies.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable, customer-focused, and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, SCOR, or related credentials are a plus.
