Materials Designer

Job Title: Materials Designer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking creative professionals to support our team in implementing and executing innovative material design solutions for training footwear and apparel. Our team values cross-functional collaboration and aims to deliver impactful seasonal projects aligned to a strong creative vision.

Responsibilities

• Create original product designs or refresh existing products under the guidance of design leadership.
• Participate in the material design process, including execution of seasonal briefs and coordination across design functions.
• Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and development teams to ensure precise creation and hand-off of tech packs and project deliverables.
  
  

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• 1-4 years of design experience with an understanding of creative culture and material types.
• Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven ability to research and analyze materials within a library and evaluate available resources.
• Education in design preferred, including BA/BFA/MA/MFA or Associate degree.
