Required Skills
- Local to Cincinnati, OH and able to work on a W2 basis.
- 6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related product role.
- Retail industry experience highly preferred, including retail, e-commerce, loyalty, payments, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, or digital customer experience.
- Experience managing digital products from discovery and strategy through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Experience developing product roadmaps, managing and prioritizing backlogs, and creating product requirements and user stories.
- Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development.
- Experience using customer insights, product data, KPIs, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product-development tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data platforms, enterprise integrations, or digital-transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and objectives.
- Manage digital products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery needs.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business teams to drive product development and delivery.
- Use customer feedback, product data, and business metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define MVPs, test assumptions, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Manage product risks, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Support product launches and monitor adoption, performance, and business impact after launch.
- Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
