- Oversee deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning of telephony systems while managing migration initiatives and lifecycle plans.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and collaborate with network teams to optimize performance and reliability.
- Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise voice services, engaging stakeholders and leading vendor interactions.
- Extensive experience in voice/telephony engineering, with proven expertise in both legacy PBX and modern IP-based platforms.
- Strong background in developing scalable, resilient, and secure telephony architectures aligned with enterprise IT strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and supporting large-scale voice systems.
- Experience ensuring compliance with corporate security policies, technical documentation, and operational procedures for telephony environments.
