Job Responsibilities
- Plan and report on large-scale programs to support strategic operational goals.
- Enhance productivity through clear communication and a robust governance framework.
- Identify and mitigate risks in projects and change management.
- Support strategic and operational projects for the Payments Business Ops team.
- Implement and execute a product team governance framework effectively.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficient in Airtable and passionate about optimizing workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite.
- Knowledge of relational databases and REST APIs is a plus.
- BS/BA degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of software product development processes.
- Deep Airtable technical expertise (3 years) with strong backend solution design, troubleshooting, automations, and integrations.
- Solid technical foundation across Jira, advanced Airtable formulas, relational databases, and SQL query writing, plus comfort working with REST APIs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to operate in an Agile-like environment and deliver high-quality, ticket-based technical work.
