Job Summary:
Join our client's team as a Product Development Engineer 3, where you'll play a crucial role in the apparel standards team. You'll be responsible for pattern making, sewing, and embroidery, contributing to exciting projects in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead pattern making, sample creation, and fit execution for studio projects.
• Identify and address opportunities in pattern, construction, and manufacturing.
• Conduct studio-based training and support events in the Apparel Maker Space.
• Maintain studio inventories and assist with equipment upkeep.
• Collaborate with design, product management, and manufacturing teams.
• Track and facilitate project review meetings with leadership.
Skills Required:
• 5-10 years of advanced pattern making experience.
• Proficiency with sewing and embroidery machines.
• Comfortable using Optitex, flat patterning, and Adobe software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field.
