Our team is seeking someone who can support network operations, strengthen security controls, and contribute to timely resolution of issues that impact availability and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support remote sites and data centers with smart hands assistance for infrastructure and network equipment.
- Manage and maintain enterprise-grade firewalls, including rule creation, policy reviews, and security hardening.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching infrastructure, application delivery platforms, centralized logging, and backup processes.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, port scanning, patch reporting, and support incident response, disaster recovery, and 24x7 on-call coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers across different time zones, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to develop detailed network diagrams, topology maps, and design documentation, and to work with technology vendors and technical leads to define solutions.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history that meets the required safe driver policy, plus the ability to travel by vehicle approximately 25% of the time.
