Job Title: Audience Marketing List Specialist

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to join our team and support business, marketing, and strategy functions through delivering accurate audience lists for targeted communications. Our team plays a critical role in campaign activation by ensuring compliance, audience segmentation, and effective list management across all business lines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant audience lists for marketing and service communications.
• Consult on targeted audience design, segmentation feasibility, data availability, and regulatory considerations to ensure campaign strategies can be operationalized.
• Develop, maintain, and execute audience selection logic using SAS and contribute to the transition to Python for audience development processes.
• Apply and manage standard marketing and regulatory suppressions, acting as a subject matter expert on contact eligibility and compliance requirements.
  
  

Required

• 2–4 years of experience using SAS for audience development and analytics.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL, with proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and demonstrated communication and relationship-building skills.
