Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-site)

Job Summary: We have an opportunity to support critical manufacturing processes at an established aerospace modification and production site. Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to drive technical solutions, maintain configuration integrity, and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
• Lead collaboration and integration across affected commodities, and drive execution of Build Integration milestones.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues arising during fabrication and installation activities.
• Provide guidance and structured mentoring to others, participate in process and tool improvement projects, and support installation planning shipside.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar engineering discipline.
• Minimum 9 years of related work experience in an Electrical Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Experience with wire bundle fabrication concepts, wiring installation, electrical equipment installation, or installation of wiring provisions.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team in a formal and/or informal capacity, with demonstrated experience leading or managing cross-functional projects.
