Job Title: Software Engineer Lead

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the technical design and development of innovative software solutions. We focus on leveraging modern methodologies and tools to propel business initiatives forward and create solutions that meet complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Facilitate complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Review coding, testing, and documentation of software.
  
  

Required:

• 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• 7 years of hands-on experience in Hyland OnBase development and administration.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL (MS SQL Server).
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and performing peer code reviews.
