Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning LMS, ensuring a smooth transfer of systems.
- Administer various learning projects, manage content, and improve the learner experience within the Workday LMS.
- Document project updates, share insights on system configurations, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high standards.
- Engage with global peers and tech teams to resolve escalated issues and support adoption of new learning tools.
- 5-10 years of experience in LMS management/administration in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with Workday Learning LMS and understanding of classroom and virtual training administration.
- Hands-on experience with e-learning content development tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint, coupled with an analytical mindset for troubleshooting and innovation.
