Responsibilities
- Define business operational and analytical data requirements to support customer data platform implementation for master data management, analytics, and AI.
- Elicit input from SMEs and stakeholders, then create flow charts, report mock-ups, and acceptance criteria to support feature development.
- Perform discovery data analysis and data profiling across source and post-process data to align inputs, outputs, and business processes.
- Present findings, requirements, action plans, and validation results to technical and business audiences, and support UAT, knowledge transfer, training, and daily scrum updates.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience writing and documenting business and functional feature requirements.
- Experience working in an agile development environment using scrum.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Master Data Management data environments.
- Experience with utility services data, such as field processes, connections, and meters.
- Proficient in SQL data querying and data exploration; Snowflake is required, PowerBI is preferred, and Reltio is nice to have.
- BA/BS in Business or a STEM discipline, and the ability to live within drivable distance to the Waltham, MA office.
