Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who will support our team in overseeing day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty periods. Our team values safety, quality, and client satisfaction, and this role is crucial in ensuring these standards are met across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Provide direction in project planning, scheduling, and estimating.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, interfacing with clients for project-related items.
• Oversee project documentation and compliance with company policies and standards.
  
  

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging from $100k to $10M.
